Recruitment & Selection
ABIGEM prefers to select their staff from consulting firms’ suggestions, direct job applications and newspaper ads according to the company's business plans.
Orientation programs are held to ensure compliance of the new staff and adapt them to the company’s culture, organizational structure and functioning as soon as possible.
Evaluation of Performance
At the end of each year, administrators assign next year's business objectives and create a personal development plan with employees. Results of this assessment are reflected to determination of wages.
